DJ LeMahieu of the New York Yankees wins the 2020 MLB batting title (second time). DJ was a member of the 2000 Wisconsin All-Stars. Congratulations DJ you earned it!

The All-Stars is the only Wisconsin team to ever reach the championship game (twice).

Founded in 1998, the Burgert family started the Wisconsin All-Star (WAS) located in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.  The organization educates, and develops baseball players 12 years of age or younger.  This team was formed to give players who were looking for great coaching and willing to learn the game of baseball with intensity and integrity. The organization strives to enhance the players abilities for future success in the All-American pastime – Baseball.

The Wisconsin All-Stars gives young athletes the opportunity to play baseball at Cooperstown Dreams Park in legendary Cooperstown, New York. (Baseball Hall of Fame). Teams from all over the Unites States compete in this tournament. Over the years the tournament has expanded now hosting more than 100 teams per week.

Wisconsin All-Stars team members will:

  • Strengthen their fundamental baseball knowledge, skills and playing ability.
  • Team up with fellow baseball players from across Wisconsin who are genuinely interested in becoming the best players they can be.
  • Gain exposure to the highest quality standards of baseball coaching, competition and team play through national tournaments.
  • Emphasize success through hard work and commitment.
  • Gain valuable life experiences as a result of team travel and tournament play.

The WISCONSIN ALL-STARS has developed into a respected, well recognized baseball organization.

It is frequently characterized as first class, as always demonstrating superior sportsmanship, hustle, team spirit, exceptional player talent, strong/aggressive hitting, smart base running and outstanding defense, along with knowledgeable and experienced coaching…..many of the dimensions of exciting, winning baseball!

The WISCONSIN ALL-STARS is without a doubt interested in attracting the top players, to become members of a quality team, playing in a national tournament… only by doing so will many of our players stretch to reach their level of capability.

We give the very best and expect only the very best for all of our team players!

This opportunity will not interfere with any league, club ball or traveling  teams that you may be involved with.
